The main reason why we doing this is to maintain our quality of service to our customers.

Once our e-mail address is harvested by the spambots, the spambots will use our e-mail address to send out unsolicited bulk e-mail. This caused our e-mail address to be irrelevant and filtered as spam e-mail by the e-mail servers/providers. As the result, our e-mail could not reach our customers and affect our image.
